The energy content is 440 calories. Garbanzo bean flour cannot be used to replace wheat flour. The protein present in this kind of flour is not complete.
Quinoa flour is made from quinoa seeds. The protein content per cup of quinoa flour is 16 gm. The calorie content of quinoa flour is also more than wheat, buckwheat flour, and soy flour. It is commonly used to replace a small amount of flour in many recipes such as homemade pasta.
