Embracing those still suffering from the grips of addiction, by reaching out to others through our past experiences, so they can live life on life’s terms. We share the love and hope of Christ, who strengthens us.

Mission

The CARE Center Thrift Store’s mission helps fund other ministries through the donations that are received and then resold at affordable prices.  The CARE Center Thrift Store’s primary ministries include the Recovery Ministry and the First in Family Scholarship.

Our goal is to reach women, who are suffering from addiction, by sharing our experience, strength, and hope. We offer a spiritual 12-step program and personal development classes. These include teaching self-sufficiency and personal growth. Having had the grace of God touch our lives, our mission is to pass this gift on to others, and so it goes….

Core Values

Honesty- We believe honesty with ourselves and others is the foundation to spiritual growth.

Open-mindedness- It is essential to be open minded, so God can work through us, to reach others. We learn to do God’s will, not our own.

Willingness- We learn to work through our fears and step out on faith, by honestly looking at our past and our part in it. We let God use these failures to reach others. Let go and let God!
